At this point, I would think it would be very difficult for you to refinance the car. Any lender is going to look at your past payment performance and see that you are 5 months behind, and make the reasonable assumption that you might not be able to make the payments on a new loan, regardless of what was refinanced.

Is there a relative or friend you can borrow from to get this delinquincy cleared up? Or can you work out some special payment arrangement with the lender?

No, a relative was suppost to take up the payments. It's my fault but by the time I found out it was 4 payments already. I am trying hard to get up my balance but in between time theyre calling EVERYONE! They scare me from calling because they'll just yell..I waiting on a supernatural miracle from GOD... until then call me the GINGERBREAD Girl or unless I sell it!

Avoiding the lender will not work. They will find you, and if you continue to try and avoid them (i.e., playing the GINGERBREAD GIRL), things will only get worse and you will get further behind.

I hope you take this matter seriously enough to try and find some help to get this cleared up, or to take a deep breath, dig up some courage and call the lender. Whether they yell or not is not the point here - you're really damaging your credit by not paying and not contacting them.

Please don't take this the wrong way - I am really concerned about how you're handling this, and how it will affect your credit in the future - which will affect your ability to obtain loans in the future.
