SOOOOO after them first telling me too bad we do not have to follow Arizona laws you still have to pay us.
Today I got this email

LOL yeah right they need to give me a refund!!!! I over paid them by at least $1200.00 I'm going to keep sending my refund requests to them and I'll also see what the BBB does and the Attoerney General's office here!!! The good thin is I have it in writing and they cant take it back!!! " We will not respond to any further correspondence received from you." Well I'm going to keep emailing and faxing them till they give up and give me a refund!!!!

Im going to email and fax them till they get sick of me and send me a refund so everyone that is how you get Rio Resources to respond you just send the letter 5,000 times!!

Be sure to file a complaint with the Attorney General in Oklahoma also. This is definately a victory for you against Rio Resources.

It does make a difference. This alerts the AG in their state to what they are doing.

And how some right away like payday ok and payday select dont argue just say ok account closed and I even still owed payday select and told them I would pay remaining balance they sent email stating
We closed your loan 10/5/06. You are no longer obligated to PayDay Select.
I guess they still have 1,000 of suckers each day who dont know better and just pay

What state are they in? I am under the impression they are in both OK & FL, from correspondence I've rec'd those are the 2 states I can figure

I have tried to get them to mark my 2 PDLs paid in full. I have paid the principal and more. They stated that they would not. Whenever I try to email them, it comes back undeliverable. What is the email address that you have?

jnmeads, just sign up for another e-mail, which they don't have and keep sending the letter that way, it may be that they have blocked your e-mail address.
