Internet's first get-out-of-debt community - 134,000 members

I had to resend my pif and refund request to Geneva Roth either Wednesday or Thursday of last week, and haven't heard anything. I am not sure if I should call or email Shane, the last rep I had contacted. Has anyone had any good luck lately with Geneva Roth? I see a lot of people have filed complaints and sent emails, faxes, etc, so hopefully they are feeling the heat. Just don't know if anyone has any good news yet.

Stick to your guns. If you let loose, you won't get what you should be getting from them. If necessary, send letters one more time with a copy to your AG. They will take care of it from there.

I called Shane today at Geneva Roth. She had contacted me last week to find out how I was going to pay on my defaulted loan. I had to resend the email I had sent to customer service because she hadn't received it. Well, today she still hasn't received it,, so I resent it AND faxed it. I don't know whether I should file with the AG or not. I've filed with the DFI, FTC, and BBB on this company so far. Should I wait to file with the AG's office after I get a response from them?

Oh, another thing..Shane told me they don't like to do things via email correspondence, that they prefer to call, which I think makes things a little more challenging. Sad

Of course they prefer to call, that way their words aren't on paper, and the chance of them being caught in a provable lie is less . . . . I would absolutly file with your AG's office too.
