Need A Good Reliable Attorney In New Mexico.

Do you have to hire an attorney that practices in the same state in which you live? I live in New Mexico but cant seem to find an attorney in my state. I've seen online websites for attorneys in other states but it seems like they only serve their immediate area. I'm preparing for a full on attack of midland credit management. I did find one attorney that wont return my phone calls so I can assume they are not interested. They are: Feferman and Warren. Any Thoughts?
