I am suffering through garnishes from two jobs and a levy from the IRS with the State Department of Revenue breathing on my back. I only make $30,000 a year but I am losing more money.

OUCH!!! Go to the court and file an insolvency tort!! You can have this reduced by proving you can't reasonably afford the amount. You will need check stubs and a w2 from each job. Good luck!

Wow. I hope the previous poster helped. I have no advice but just wanted to wish you luck getting a payment schedule that you can live with.
