I had a cc debt charged off and sent to Schrieber and assoc, pc. I made agreement to make monthly payments and did so for years was never late. on my credit report it was listed as a charge off and the payment history was not mentioned on there. I asked them why and they never answered me so I stopped payments. Shouldn't they report your payment history when you make an agreement and stick to it??

Was it listed as a charge off by the cc company or the collector? If it was by the cc company then they do not have to change it because they sold the debt. If the collector is not reporting it correctly as payment being made then you have a dispute. You can dispute this with the collector and the reporting agencies.
