Back in October, I got a letter from an attorney stating that he represents a collector for bought my account from Fleet..it was a secured credit card. Never rec'd any thing before October.
Sent the atty office a letter asking for valiadation and all I got back were two statements dated 04 and 05 and nothing else. Resend letter asking for validation and I got back the same statement and a letter asking me to discuss a settlement,
What should I do next?
