Paying Creditors by Check
Do you know what a restrictive endorsement is?

I just asked this so I could answer it...
If you are paying a debt in full make sure you put a mini contract in the endorsement area saying something like
"Endorsement of this check signifies that ______ collection agency accepts this as payment in full for account ______"
