Well...Success....it took 3 emalings and a counter offer on my part of just marking the account paid in full but finally I heard back from Rio Resources, here was their reply to my 3rd email.

We have reviewed your most recent correspondence. While we still believe
that all terms and conditions of the loan have been met on our end, we have
found it in the best interest of both parties in reaching an amicable
resolution to accept your counter-offer and write off your remaining
balance. Your account has been marked "Paid in Full" and closed.

Please acknowledge your acceptance of our proposal.

Guess, such companies were charging obnoxiously towards the debt account and never make it look paid. If they are able to send such mails after giving the legal push, it makes me believe that they wanted to make more money out of us until we strike back and get informed. Sadly, just a few in the whole bunch are getting educated. The word needs to be spread out largely so that more and more people who have paid more than the total amount can stand on their grounds strongly.

Also if anybody has info on ameriloan,ics,gfs so i can try to get these people off my back also would be greatly appreciated .. I cant find numbers or anything to see if they are even aloud to loan in my state of ohio.

I thought that I saw somewhere that they were in OK now. Funny that they have 3 addresses on the BBB; when I filed a complaint on them recently it pulled up the NM address. I had the best luck contacting them through the email address that I listed above.
