I don't think this poster is legitimate. It is hard to believe that someone would come on to a public forum and admit that they were getting a loan that they had no intentions of paying back. It is people like that that give everyone else a bad name. Not that any of us are fans of PDL's but we all agree that we should pay back what we legally owe.

After I posted my coment to this person, I was looking around and then saw that he replied. So I read his reply and was shocked that he was going to do something like this. I cannot read the other replies that people left because when I go to the first pageof this post it tells me that I have been banned. But I can still see other posts except for this one. Maybe thats ok that I don't see it because I had to walk away after I read what he was going to do. Even though I hate PDL's I would never take one out just to not pay it back. That is just wrong and is just as illegal as the internet loans themselves.

I too had a loan through them and they said the same thing--they asked for "another bank account number"....Like I would do that! So I told them I would send them a money order or do a Western Union. They said they would do a Money Gram and gave me the following information:
Company: HBS Services on behalf of Rt 66 Funding Account number is your SSN Receive Code is 5469. Then you call them back at 1-877-564-7739 and give them the reference number. So far that has kept them off my back.

icspots, I am glad that they cooperated with you and you got them off your back. This company has a reputation for being extremely difficult to deal with. Yeah these places are nuts to think that the informed consumer is going to give out another bank account number. DMS Marketing tried to do that with me-like I am going to open up that can of worms with them again!!!

my bank say that it accept ach transactions but so many problems with that company route 66 may be the problem they are having.
but i end up get loan for 200 through worldwide cash instead. i also get loan for 250 from cash net usa. loan also for 300 from cmg group or fsm processing. all loan are now past their due but my bank account is closed up and i will be leaving country in shortly. the 750 free dollars help get my plane ticket and other necessarities. these people are call all time now saying why is account frozen or closed. i just use informations on this site adn tell their i know my rights. thank for all help on site people!

so far all 3 company or collector call.
cash net are professional but delusional. i tell there i am not paying you back. i am leave us next week for a long timer. cmg put jackson phillip and associate up to calling me. he say he pursue me civilly. i say you mean you sue me over 300? he say yeah. i say good luck. you have too serve me with suit in europe sause im gonna be there soon. worldwide cash call and funny story is they no my routine. he say you have no intent of payback do you. i say no. he said thanks for saving me time. i turn this over to authority.

I'll give you this. You'll get away with it, though I can't say I'm impressed with someone who managed to take down a whopping $750. You could have taken them for enough to get a first-class ticket instead of coach.
Three rules if you're gonna be a thief: 1) Do it once. 2) Do it big. 3) Do it alone. But then again, I guess a man has to know his limitations, right?
