Hi all. I haven't registered yet as for some reason I can't through my work server. Anyway, I received a flyer from Fairhaven Law Group and spoke to them. After doing a search for them I found this forum. Their BBB rating is horrible and I am more than concerned about going with them. Can you give me the names of some companies that are reliable, honest, and good to deal with?

If you are talking about consolidation companies? If so when you register you are entitled to a free consultation. They will point you in the right direction.

No, I'm not talking about consolidation, but rather negotiation, which Fairhaven does. However, based on another thread, some people have had problems using them while others have not.

Hi DJF-Check out the International Association of Professional Debt Arbitrators website and review debt settlement companies through there. Then you can check out their BBB rating also. A reputable company with an excellent BBB rating is <a>Superior debt relief</a>. Check this out.

Nowadays its very important to check the authenticity of the debt settlement/negotiation/consolidating companies. Before signing an agreement with them, one should also check whether any consumer has made any complaints against the company or not.

I can't recomend a particuliar company, however, I can give you a link that explains 4 options to your debt problems, and the pros and cons of each at http://www.debtconsolidationcare.com/debt-solution.html
If you register, someone from your area will contact you about all of your options,from which you are free to choose or not.
Before going through any company be sure to ask any and all questons you may have concerning what they will do and what will happen,fees, etc.
