'Both sides of the coin' here. Worked for some people...din't work for others. I DO agree..people DO need to do their 'homework' to see which ones are best for them.

I have taken the time to read through all 1440 posts from Tania who claims I ripped her off. I have found Tanias full name in a post from mid 2007 but did not find a single post mentioning anything regarding her participation in my program or any other program for that matter. I have also been unable to find Tania A. (not posting full last name) in my receivables or anyone else with the same last name.

I do not hire people to post comments here nor do I offer a referral fee to clients or anyone else. I have a $0.00 marketing budget. I charge a fraction of what other companies charge for several reasons. Most importantly, due to the fact that high fees paid to companies especially up front, get people sued. I concentrate heavily on pre-charge off settlements and do not collect fees until after the settlements are paid. No other company allows this but I do it on every client who has enrolled. The majority of my clients settle more than 50% of their debt within 6 months and my fee is 100% performance based. This leaves very little room for anyone to have ill feelings toward my program.

My statistics for success are 100% for every client that entered my program without first enrolling with another debt company. There has been only 1 client who dropped from my program that enrolled with me after signing with 2 other companies and enrolled with 3 active lawsuits. I was very clear and explained in full detail going as far as saying "you must consider this situation as an inevitable b/k case due to your current litigation matters" but we moved forward regardless. How I could be blamed for this persons demise is beyond me.

If I am wrong about Tania, I will gladly refund you your retainer to clear the air but i know for a fact now that Tania was never enrolled nor sent me a payment for $500.00. I have never been asked for a refund from the first day I started doing business on my own so I am certain there is some confusion or possibly outright slander.

Before any further negative comments are posted without evidence I would appreciate the courtesy of having the opportunity issue a refund if one is due but again, I have done my due diligence in researching this matter and have come up empty handed. I am an honest business person. I designed a debt settlement program that has proven effective 100% at a fraction of what any other company charges. There should be no reason for complaints by anyone who enrolls in our program other than the lack of customer service but I have explained this to each client who enrolls. Since we do not charge hefty up front fees nor do we charge monthly service fees we do not provide the same service other companies charge. We are hired to negotiate your debts in a very short amount of time. We have never enrolled a client for longer than a 20 month program. Most clients are completed within their first year and since we begin negotiations almost immediately, all communication should be handled thru your negotiator so there is 1 less thing you are paying for which results in a faster payoff time. Keep in mind, the fancier the website, the larger staff including customer service and other marketing costs YOU pay for. The last thing someone needs in financial crisis is added costs. This is eliminated from our program hence our success rate.

If anyone reads my forum or other forums I have participated they will find only positive feedback from other members. I have been extremely generous in several thousand posts with the information I have posted for members including contact information, step by step instructions on how to settle accounts specific to their situation and have helped many others by settling their debts for free. I am very far from being a thief.

There has not been 1 comment by Tania since I posted earlier that I did not have any record of payment with that first name. Now with the last name, I have no record of a Tania or anyone else with the same last name. Again, before anyone else slanders me, I would like to hear from Tania or provide some other sort of true evidence I ripped anyone off and I will indeed address the issue with them personally.

Thank you for considering my request as I would like any ill feelings against me company resolved immediately.

James Lombardo

[color=Blue]Hi All:

I cant comment on what other people are saying but definitely I would like to share my personal experience about Sifxpert.

I found him through one of the forums (perhaps the smartest move I ever made) when I was drowning in a black sea of debt with a lot of rejections, depression, and with a debt of more than 20K.

This guy has magic and he did wonders for me. At the present I am ready to apply for my credit cards and my score has gone up so steeply.

His expertise in the field is undoubtly amazing. I myself is a professional and have always seen a professional approach from him. I just cant believe that someone is unhappy with James.

For me he has been a great saver, guide, and a friend. If anyone has any question or need to know more about him, please do not hesitate to send me an email at xxx Email removed Bossy4455

Sifxpert ROCKS!![/color

Well....I've read more positive posts, than negative ones, about Sifxpert. Do you have to have so-mauc debt, to do buisness with them? Some companies you DO have to have so much. Are the fees reasonable?

I'm with Kash- I have heard enough advertising fo this thing.

First of all, no personal attack on members will be tolerated here. You don't know what name Tania used first, or last. I don't even know if you are a real person.

To anyone thinking about choosing a company, please check them out with the BBB., and also your states attorney general before choosing.

If someone makes a comment to me that this can't fail or sounds too good to be true, it probably is.

There is also a Do it Yourself section here, located at the top of the page, under the Ranking Chart tab, check it out, as well as other solutions..Karen
