He has taken $4Kfrom my account and nothing has been settled. The 4K was his settlement fee. He has not paid the CC and it appears that the settlement letter is a fraud.

I am at my wits end here. I never thought someone would steal money from me like this--I feel so stupid and taken advantage of.

Of course, I want to give him the benefit of the doubt and say that perhaps his site is undergoing maintenance or something, but he removed our ability to PM each other at one point and then the forum closed shortly after. I should have known. If he cared at all he could easily mass email all of his clients and let them know what is going on.

His clients need to all get together and start a forum of our own so that we can stay in the loop, keep each other informed, and try to recover the money that he stole from us.

Any ideas?

Calculated the exact amount today after spending the morning on the phone with creditors. He hijacked $11,105 from my account in April and May and it never was sent to the credit card companies. I have been tring to get a hold of him since April to find out why the checks were being written to him versus the credit card companies. I'm screwed. I have talked with 10 others in the same boad and when it is all said and done, you watch, it will be hundreds. One gal would have never known that (2) $8000 settlements were actually only $5000 settlements if she wouldn't have called them to check to see if James had paid them off. He just doctored up the documents that she signed for the payoff and then sent them the lesser settled amount. Wonder how many people he did that to in the last 3 years. I would certainly like to get some names of others that he stole from except I can see from this site, that they won't let you post emails.

I have actually registered twice and can't get either one of the accounts to work on here. Always says it will send me a new password but I never get the email.
Anyhow, we need some communication with all of James Lombardo's clients and once again, if you thought James didn't rip you off, I dare you to check with the creditors to see if the payoffs were the same that he told you they were. Also, please check any payoff transactions over the last 3 months to make sure they were actually paid. Many of you will be surprised to find that they weren't and that the accounts are now in collection. The sooner this man can be arrested, the sooner he can start his victim's restitution program and get some of us paid back. In any event, I hope his parole bars him from ever working in the financial world again. Maybe he can clean BMW's for living when he gets out on parole. Now that would be justice! I have a numbered prints for less website if you want more information. Folks, we have to band together or nothing will get done.
