There seemed to be a lot of people who have used them, I finally made up my mind to try them. I went to their web site, filled what was asked, they responded once and have not heard a word since. Now I have e-mailed them three times and still get no response. Is anyone having the same experience. If they are this hard to get a hold of before I have even signed up, then how much worse will it get if I have problems or need to talk to them. I don't expect some to hold my hand through it all, but I would like to get started and can't even do that with them.

Yes others have used him and do as cajun says you will find alot of information in regards to him and others have dealt with him. We were just confused at your prior posting.
We are glad that you came here and hopefully you will find good information to use in your situation.
