The statute of limitation is four years in Florida for any open account including credit cards.

got a credit report and it reads as follows. date closed 1/2007 date paid 1/2007 payment after charge off/collection date placed for collections 12/2003 estimated date that this item will be remove 2/2008. But it still shows up on credit report. what should I do??
