I just got a call today from this "company" and it wasn't a very professional call either. I answered and the guy on the other line instantly said my name, and then told me about some debt i have, which is true. I asked if i could pay the debt off in a Money Order, which i had just done with another debt, and he responded with "you can only pay it with credit or checks" which kind of made me wonder. As i pretended to scramble to look for my account info, i told him i needed to call him back, and he gave me the Ohio number. I then went on the internet and did a little search and wound up here, i don't know how i feel about this "collection agency" at all. I think I'll just call the bank i owe money to directly and figure it out.

This company does not have a good reputation. If I could work it out with the original creditor thats what I would do. Take a look at Budd Hibbs website he has information on collection agencies. Best Wishes KYSIDE38

Dublin, oh is a suburb of Columbus. Got a call from them at 8:10am stating they were trying to contact my adult son. When I asked the rude lady if she knew the time she said it was 7:10am there but 8:10am at my location. Can't be calling from Dublin as I live in Findlay, OH (same time zone). When I told he she had the wrong number she asked me why I was still on the phone. Wouldn't give me a name or location and hung up. Very unprofessional!

I've gotten a couple calls from the 614-789-4825 number too... and a rude voice mail. I called it back from a my work phone, and the girl that answered said "Universal Fidelity please hold" and then never came back to the phone... so i googled the # and found this. I do have stuff in collections... did anyone find out if this is a legit company? I really don't want to call back to talk to them if i don't have to.
Thanks!
