Yeah, they will waive early termination fees, what a consolation. In the least, if they terminate early then, shouldn't they have to pay you an early term fee???

Wow, how rude. I had a Sprint phone a while back and I was completely unimpressed by their customer service. I am so glad I have Alltel now!

I had sprint as well, prior to them going to Nextel. I hated all 2 years of that contract. I am with Verizon and very happy with that.

Wow. My cell is through Sprint, because I get a 25% discount through my job. I've always been happy with them, even though I can never understand the customer service reps...It always sounds like they're in the jungle or something. Keep your fingers crossed for me.

goodluck finsfan LOL, I just thought it was crazy, it was on the news the other night. Usually a company will kiss butt to keep customers, This was very unusual to me. I agree with debtcruncher, they should pay an early termination fee. Customers should sue for it.
