The BBB cannot shut a company down. While it is certainly advisable to direct complaints to the BBB, you should file complaints with your state attorney general and the federal trade commission.

Providing your inside knowledge to regulators may expedite their attention to the matter.

Do you have any idea how many complaints have been filed with the Attorney General's Office regarding Square One? They will do NOTHING. They will only send you a letter to acknowledge your complaint, then you get put on the back burner. Why not take the information to a Newspaper. Suggesting the BBB was intended as a starting place.

I was also scamed by Square One. They took my money and I ended up in court by myself. I am interested joining a class action law suit against them.

i have and if you get a summons or a writ and you contact them, they don't return calls, emails. i just found out thru one of my creditors that they dropped me and I got nothing from them stating that. They are awful to work with, they don't care about you, just their money. Go somewhere else, before you get burned and have summons and writs coming at you with no help.
