i have got one refund but it was only for what i could come up with they locked my account and wont answer my emails at that email address that you gave thanks

They are pretty easy to deal with....If you email them they will get back to you. I had an overdue balance of $544 but sent them an email explaining my state laws and that I had paid them back what I owed them per laws and in 24 hours I had a pif email....They were by far the easiest payday loan company I had to deal with!

they wont answer my emails they gave me a refund of what i had in front of me but they wont let me in my account or answer my emails nothing...i had previous loans with them that i way overpaid but they will not answer me

Go through any old emails you may have, they probably sent you one. When I supposedly defaulted on them, I could still log on but it went to a screen telling me how much I still owed them and how to pay them and what their payment address once, then one day I logged on and my information had been taken out and a day or two later I got an email marking me PIF...

they are paid in full i have already received one refund but they owe me more!!!!!!!!!

I don't know too many pdl's that offer refunds that often so you may just have to settle for PIF and be done with them...From my experience, its better to be done with them and just cut your losses. But good luck!
