Guess what I will see them in court. Hired an attorney. It feels great to be on the end where I have rights for a change. What email address did you use? I have talked to them on the phone but can't get them to answer my emails. ONe day I was talking to someone who identified themself only as Karen, when I told her that they were not licensed in my state to do business, she became very indignet and what to do who told me that!

You are owed $500 by them. And you had to hire an attorney to try to get this money back? Didn't hiring an attorney cost more than $500? While I completely agree these payday loan companies are total rip offs, its seems wrong that you have to pay more to get less???

Yes I am hiring an attorney but not just for 500 fast cash I have some other ones to. I figure that is only way to get it back. No lawyer will refuse case because it is a good one.
