Everybody, I think the person who wrote about ameriloan was right. 500 Fast Cash is up to it to. I received nasty little e-mail from them today denying refund and saying they knew I was on the forum. Guess what I will see them in court. Hired an attorney. It feels great to be on the end where I have rights for a change. I overpaid these jerks by 500.00. 500.00 is a lot of money for people like us. Keep on your toes and fight back.. KYSIDE38

It just ceases to amaze me the lengths this company is going to to monitor this board. You would think they would have much better things to do, I understand trying to protect your company but that must be some high paid teenager figuring out who everyone is on here. What email address did you use? I have talked to them on the phone but can't get them to answer my emails. ONe day I was talking to someone who identified themself only as Karen, when I told her that they were not licensed in my state to do business, she became very indignet and what to do who told me that!

You are owed $500 by them. And you had to hire an attorney to try to get this money back? Didn't hiring an attorney cost more than $500? While I completely agree these payday loan companies are total rip offs, its seems wrong that you have to pay more to get less???

Yes I am hiring an attorney but not just for 500 fast cash I have some other ones to. I figure that is only way to get it back. No lawyer will refuse case because it is a good one.
