what is my best way to tackle my 32000 i credit card debt. Also i have 2 car payments and a boat loan .I have a 401 k and I have 2 incomes at 90000 .I also have 3 kids.
Need more info. Please list out your income and each individual expense (balance and how much you're currently paying monthly). What's your goal? To pay off the 32K? Do you care about your credit rating? How's your credit right now? Is that 90K income gross or net?

I do not think you need a boat if you have that kind of debt unless the boat is your livelihood. Get out from under that first. Then focus on the smallest credit card and pay that off. Use the money you used for paying that off to pay off the next smallest one. Then take both those amounts and pay off the next and so on up the ladder. This will take a couple years but a couple years go by fast. I was out of work for two years. It seemed like a couple months. Trust me on this. It does work but it is a long term commitment. It took you years to get there so it will take years to get back. It will take the same commitment as body building. In what seems like no time you will be financially buff.
Yup, I fully agree. Get rid of the toys and stick with the necessities.

Some creditors and collection agencies refuse to lower the pay off amount, interest rate, and fees owed by the consumer.
Creditors/collection agencies can make collection calls and file lawsuits against the consumers represented by the debt relief companies.
Debt relief services may have a negative impact on the consumer's creditworthiness and his overall debt amount may increase due to the accumulation of extra fees.
The amount which the consumer saves with the use of debt relief services can be regarded as taxable income.
