How can I stop this company from taking money out my pay check. ( car loan)

Are they taking it as a court ordered garnishment or out of your checking account?

Put some more details. Since car loan is a secured debt, it will be risky if you don't pay in full. Do you have a written contract that proves how much they are allowed to withdraw from your account and for how long they are allowed to do the debits?
