Sub: #1 Texas and judgements?

I live in Texas and being sued by Citi Bank. I know in Texas they can't garnish wages..but can seize your bank account....but not sure about judgements...so if I have a homestead exemption can they place a judgement on my house? And if I sell will I have to pay the full amount of judgement at that time?

Usually, judgment can be placed on a home. However, if you have a homestead exemption, then the plaintiff may not be able to collect the judgment amount. Check out the following link to know more:
