I am unable to get ahold of CLA. The laywer's email is getting rejected and I'm on hold forever. I never got a username or password to get into my customer toolbox to view my statement support to be able to see where my money is being distributed. Questioning whether this company is for real! Creditors are sending lawyers my way, but I can't get ahold of CLA to even ask how to handle it. They told me in the beginning to to ignore all phone calls. Help
