Default denying a debt in court

I would like to know about, denying a debt in court.

What do you mean denying a debt? Saying it is not yours? Really unless you have proof that it is not yours or have done your homework and submitted the correct motions ahead of time, they will still nail you with a judgement.

I just want to improve my knowledge about debt, Recently i was debt free.

total there are 90 % people in the world who are having debt for some or other reason.so it is nice that you are debt free now.keep it up.

If the debt is with the original creditor, good luck with denying a debt, (I am being sarcastic) but if its with a collection agency, the burden of proof is on them, and the will probably mess up, and the case will get dismissed.
