I am trying to write a motion for summary judgment based upon the fact that they have no proof I signed up for or attended classes. Any ideas on where I can get a sample motion?

Hey, I've found the following site on motion for summary judgment. See if it helps.

No application or enrollment documents? That is all they need. Proof of attendance is a moot point.
