This forum is bursting with great information.
Read everything and you can do it!

I had called about 5 debt settlement companies and then decided to do it myself. And the worst part so far is getting them to stop calling me.

Two down and three to go.

How do you do it correctly and not get sued? Do I just stop paying them and ask about debt settlement? How bad did it hit your credit?
