what do i do when i try to get a payment plan worked out but they want me to pay what they want me to!!! help!!

Payday lenders are usually very tough to negotiate with. They usually want to get the maximum profits from each and every customer. Are you sure that the PDL lender is a licensed one? Make sure of that.

Try to coax them up a bit. If you've good negotiation skills, I think you might be able to get a payment plan of your choice.
