HELP! How do I contact creditors?

I want creditors to contact me and make their threats in writing, how do I do this? Also, what does T&C stand for and what do they do? How do I contact them?

HI Travis, welcome to the forums. What exactly do you want the creditors to send you? If you want them to send you a debt validation letter, there is a great letter on this website in the do-it-yourself section. Any mail you send to your creditors should be sent certified return receipt so you can prove you've sent it. T&C is a consolidation company that many members of this forum use to help consolidate their debt. Register with this website, and a debt counselor will contact you shortly to discuss your specific situation and help you find the right path to manage your debt. I'm in way over my head with online payday loan debt. I've got 6 or 7 outstanding loans, and it had started to make my bank account overdrawn. I've put a stop payment on the ACH withdrawls, so that I'm able to pay my bills, but I'm behind now. I've talked with some credit consoldation folks, but most of them don't help with payday loans. My wife doesn't know about any of this, I'm pretty much hopeless at this point...Everytime my phone rings I get a sick feeling. I want to tell the people something so that they will leave me alone (for the time being anyway) and I get a plan to get all this resolved...anyone have some suggestions?

Travis, what companies are they? We definitely can help you with this icon_smile.gif . We are the experts (in our eyes) on payday loan debt. Can you tell us where you live also? If I were you I would start by figuring out how much I borrowed and how much I've paid back. Sign up for the forum, it will make it easier for us to help you.

That's the problem. I'm not sure how much I've borrowed or how much I've paid. I'm completely lost, and this is spinning out of control. I know I have used the following: Cash Advance Now, Cash Advance USA, Cash Doctors, Payday Ave, Magnum Z, Payday OK...not sure who else
