Has anyone dealt with Westgate? We sent in a letter to cancel within the time period stated on our contract but received a letter from them, they are refusing to cancel, they said the time to cancel had expired. Is it worth getting a lawyer and fighting since we have a copy of the contract stating we have 15 days and this was done on the 13th day?
