I need to speak to someone regarding consolidating all of my debts. I called the toll free number but it just kept ringing. I really need to speak with someone.

Also, did you sign up for the free credit counseling? If you did, someone from your area will contact you about solutions to your debt.

Call at 800-601-1579 during working hours. You can try now as they might be open. It's 3.30 PM PST

You must have called during their non-business hours, just keep trying. Also you can chat with them right on this site with any questions.
