STAY AWAY from Swift Rock Financial! I have worked for them. They are deceptive, unstable, and experiencing severe financial issues. They just laid off half their staff and are unable to pay them or the existing personnel. **BEWARE** ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK!

Debt settlement most often will appear negatively on your credit, cost about $10,000 (based on $50,000 debt) and you have NO GUARANTEE your creditors will truly accept the deal. Debt Settlement has really received a horrible reputation.

A much better option would be CREDIT COUNSELING. Careful, many DEBT SETTLEMENT companies like to put CREDIT COUNSELING in their name, just approach with caution.

Also, be sure to check out the Federal Trade Commission website, they have a ton of great information in dealing with your creditors and your rights. You can also look at affordable services like HelpUBuyTime that will help you communicate your position and plan to your creditors that will help get you the time to make it happen. With most credible options you'll still be paying off the debt, they'll just help you with setting up time lines, interest rates, etc.

Nice posting above by the owner of Swift Rock Finacial and Clear Your Debt organization. What a great marketing ploy, but the postings on rip off report.com and various other posting on the web seeme to clearly suggest you seek other debt settlement companies out. On trhe other hand call your creditors and offer 40% yourself or structuire settlement arrangements and SAVE YOURSELF MORE MONEY!!!!!! I believe that's the whole concept of debt settlement companies ( NO NOT REALLY, IT'S PROFIT AND REVENUE!!!! ). I settled three accounts with the there other company Topaz Financial befor being sued on my largest debt account with US BANK. When I called there reps advised my there was that possibilty, and a risk that cant' always be avoided. Thanks for the support and compasion after getting me sued!!!!!! I now have any attorney and a much higher settlement amount that what Topaz Financial told me not to accept from the bank to negotiate.
