Do not order the "free CD" they advertise on the radio. I ordered it and they told me I was making no commitment at all. They send me a box with several materials. The box was not open inmediately, since I was not told that in 30 days they were going to start charging me $80.00 x 5. This morning I saw the $80.00 charge in my credit card statement and called the company. They told me there is nothing I can do. I told them I was going to send back the box and they could keep the $80.00, just not to charge me going forward. No luck, they pretty much told me "you are keeping the box and we are charging you the $400.00". Keep in mind they have me on tape asking if they are going to charge me automatically after 30 days and the salesperson says "no, you are not commiting to anything". Well apparently I was commiting to everything.

Dear Mykesteph, my step-dad has had problems in the past with ordering a product and then they didn't reveal that he was signing up for monthly automatic shipments/charges to his credit card. He called his credit card company and they took care of it for him because they were unauthorized charges. Hopefully that would work for you too, just call your credit card company and see what they can do.

Why didnt you open it and take some personal responsibility in looking at it. I'm sure you were instructed to take 30 days to at least look at and investigate if it would work for you.. you admitted you attempted sending it back after the 30 day trial period.you have no one to blame but yourself for not following simple instructions that who ever you talked to originally had to disclose to you LEGALLY apon sending out the product . WAKE UP and as homer simpson would say, duh!

I guess, I miss quoted homer. sorry. I should pay better attention. If you have questions if the total cost of the program was not disclosed by the rep. I suggest you make a formal request for recording of the sales call confirmation. you have a legal right to review it.. sounds like hear say from your friend to you about the actual conversation that took place, not that he may be correct, not my call. A company that has been promoting its product like transforming debt into wealth for several years, nearly 20 years, has no intrest in getting tied up in law suits for the sake of making someone unhappy and making some extra dollars on the side. I really believe where they make their money is when they actually help a customer get on the right track, and make some common sense decisions to get their finances in order, and yes alot of whats in the program is common sense. Something alot of people in this day and age don't use. That's why their financial situation is in shambles. maybe reviewing the common sense issues is not such a bad idea. D'oh!

a little FYI.transforming debt into wealth has only been going on since 2002.so that argument of yours is gone.now the reason his scam works is because of people thinking along your lines.that they should have opened this CD right away.btw i'm apt to believe a friend of 30 plus years than a shill for this scam.i advocate everyone who feels they got taken to file the proper complaints.then down the road john can hype a new scam just like trudeau.god that man has been involved in more scams.he keeps coming up with them to pay judgements from his last scam.trudeau's memory system, natural cures, etc.that is john's future if i have anything to do with it.a complete scam artist.

why do you think that on every marketing arm for this project they actually record the phone conversation from the beginning to end... there is a good reason.. people need to pay attention. did you ever notice that people generally ALWAYS assume that THEIR exception to the rule or what they agree to should be taken into consideration above all else.I think they call that entitlement, especially if they actually agreed to the terms at the time.. lets say like agree to review the product for 30 days and resonding back if they CHOOSE not to participate. get a clue

For those of you who are in debt, I'll tell you how I did it. I went thru a divorce, and accquired a debt, that I had to pay off from my EX for $10,000.00. I did it the old fashion way. You still have to pay the 10,000.00, but with little or no interest. The interest was killing me on the payments. You know all about those letters you receive in the mail from credit card companies offering 0 % interest for 6 months and no penalty for transfers. All you have to do is keep moving the money you owe, from credit card to credit card, keeping track of the deadline. Allow yourself at least 60 days before the end of the 6 month period. Then keep transfering your money to another card. Of course you dont use this card for purchases, and DONT be late on your payments. credit card co. count on you being late, so they can charge that LATE FEE. Even 1 or 2 % cards are fine to use. I think the most I payed in interest for a month was $6.00. Hope this helps everyone out there.

STAY AWAY!!!! THESE GUYS ARE CROOKS!

I bought the whole CD "Quick Start" DVD & Manual at a weak moment - tried to return it - everything was unopened and untouched, but it was just past the 30 day trial period & they wouldn't return it. Customer service is EXTREMELY RUDE (Keith) - even their boss Agnes was condescending and very rude. They have continued to charge my debit card - more than stated for the entire system AND are charging me monthly form $67.49 to 79.99 for ?
They deny they are charging me -
I am putting a charge back on my credit card which is also a nightmare.

I ordered CUMMUTA's TDIW program, used the software program to draw up a plan, listened to the audio CDs as motivation during my commutes to work, and read through the other material included in the package. I learned a lot from the program that I didn't know and didn't have the time to gather myself through research. Is the information out there? Sure, but it was easier for me to have it all in one system, so I can't say it's a scam. For me, I've benefitted greatly from my purchase. While I did take the 30-min free phone consultation that's offered as part of the set, and I found the guy on the phone to be polite, I chose not to buy into the mentoring program from the company with which Commuta partners for such services. I've received only one phone call since, and have not been bothered with offers after I turned them down. Some may need such a program to help them stay disciplined financially; I felt I could do it alone with the knowledge I got from his product. And I am succeeding in following my financial plan. After only 2 years (this July), all my debts (but for mortgage) has been paid off: that's numerous maxed out credit cards, gas cards, auto & furniture loans, etc. Perhaps I could've found the info cheaper had I looked, but I didn't. I'll admit that and can't blame Cummuta for my lack of "bargain shopping". Still, considering the financial freedom I've been able to achieve in the 2 years since I heard his radio ad and took the chance, I'm pleased. Is it a product that works for everyone? No, but it worked for me.
