Unified Financial Solutions Boynton Beach, FL?

I signed up with this company months ago and thought that I was being supported by a lawyer firm? The back and forth going on here is making me feel not easy. I paid more than $1000 in lawyer fees so far and have called 3 times and no one ever call me or my lady back. "UFS" how do I speak to about my money back?

All of the management staff and the directors of this company are very we'll educated in the area of DS. If I were in debt and needed help I would want their staff on my side. I have been in the DS for a very long time.

This is to those who are bad mouthing the managment at Unified, and dont know what it is like to work for a bad sales manager. This is not about the company United, or thier debt programs. My past comments in no way were intended to be disrespectful to United Financial Systems as a company, and I do apologize. The owner of United Financial Systems, is a smart business man who makes good decisions except for keeping a certain sales manager. The employess of United deserve much better. They work hard, and are dedicated to helping thier clients become debt free. Many people share the same views about this particular managment. Both United Financial Systems and Unified Financial Solutions offer great programs to help thier clients get out of debt. The difference is that when working at Unified you get a dedicated sales manager who is there to answer your questions, and treat you as an equal with your co-workers. The management at Unified will do everything to ensure that you are being taught how to properly help your clients become debt free. At United, the sales manager is no where to be found for the majority of the day and you are left doing most of his work by yourself. Again, no disrespect to the United Financial, and i am not taking away from the quality of thier ability to help you beceom debt free, but if you want to work in a more professional environment for a competant, hard-working and respectful sales manager, go work at Unified.

Also, this is not giving a bad name to the Debt Industry. This is an Industry that will continue to help millions of Americans, despite what is written in these blogs. Both Settlement and debt management (which is the same as credit counseling) are both good options for someone who is in debt. So dont try to blame me or this blog if you are not enrolling as many people as you used to. It is a direct result of the attitude, work ethic, and many other negative characteristics of the Sales manager at United. This industry is still thriving. If you are not, it is because you are doing something wrong, and your employees are unhappy.

What an interesting thread..this is exciting!! The funny part is I worked for both companies and now clearly see that debt settlement does more damage than good.

Joe, you dont know what you are talking about. Settlement saves you thousands of dollars and helps you eliminate your debt in 36 months or less. You wind up paying 40-60% of what you owe as opposed to 120% on a credit counseling, with the same effect to your credit. And if you worked at both companies and have half a brain, you would know that. And you would also know that what i said about the managment at UNITED is a thought that is held by almost every counselor who has ever been employed there.

Both are good programs, stop bad mouthing the programs, and be honest with the people. Let them know both companies offer effective programs, and the only difference is poor managment at UNITED! Unless your didnt really work at both!

debt settlement is for certain individuals and in my opinion is a last resort to avoid bankruptcy. I will say that for the companies that front-load and collect 30-40% of fees in the first 3-5 months are simply put, not going to keep the consumer motivated, hence not enough money saved towards a settlement with the creditor. That doesn't mean that a settlement company shouldn't collect an up-front fee, but if a consumer does not see a settlement within the first 6 months, chances are they will drop out of the program. I think if more companies start charging less up front and more on the back the revolving door will slow down for most companies.

It is a credit counseling company, with a great program, a good staff, a smart owner, and a horrible sales manager.

I know many people who have. I just have heard that he doesnt do anything all day, doesnt help the employees, and steals peoples ideas. I hear that working for him is a complete knightmare. In contrast i know many people who have worked for Mr. Anthony Fabrizio at Unified. Those same people say he is a great manager who helps his employees and treats them with mutual respect. Thats why when you have people on here saying that Anthony Fabrizio deserves and i quote " a slap in the face", you have to state the truth. The truth is that person is bitter and has a personal problem with Anthony, and has nothing better to do than come on here and bad mouth both him and Unified. So again, anyone considering working at Unified, or doing business with them. Do not listen to anything negative that people on here say about them. If you are considering doing business with United Financial, they are a good company too. However if you consider working there. Be prepared to go to work everyday and say to yourself; How is it that i work for this moron? He should be working for me.

I would like to chime in on this thread as I have watched it for the past couple of days. I worked at Unified Financial under Anthony and was treated with respect, but maybe he personally wouldn't say anything disrespectful about me aloud in front of co-workers for his own personal reasons. I have thick skin and could care less if a manager get's off by yelling that there are no deals on the board or that we need to "step it up".

But that all ended after I realized that I was driving 45 minutes each way to work and at that time working 60 hours a week -living at the office!..I can remember one morning both me and 2 other individuals we're 2 minutes late because of an accident and the owner locked the reception area doors basically said go #$%^ yourself and you can wait until I am done with my meeting and then I will let you in. I worked that night until 10pm and finished off my week.
