I had received an unlimited spending card and made a horrible mistake. I cant make the one big payment a month, now i am in debt, I am looking for help for someone to pull me out of the deep hole and get me back on track.

Call Amex and propose a payment plan. I hope they will accept your proposal because you have every intention to pay back. Make sure that you have the deal in writing. Send the letters through certified mail with return receipt requested.
