115,000 in unsecured debt plus a mortgage, I don't think we would qualify for chapter 7 due to income. we are behind on several credit cards. We both work full time. However my husband is furloughed. I'm open to suggestions. I do want to be debt free. Thank you

Guest, first off, being in debt isn't the end of the world. Your debt amount surely look intimidating, but there are still hope for you. If you have a steady income you may qualify for ch 13. But bankruptcy should be considered as last option.

We aren't aware of your current financial condition, but you may consider settling or consolidating your debt. You can search the site to learn more on your options. Also, you can register with Debtcc to receive a free financial consultation, where a professional credit counsellor would analyse your situation to help you decide the best option.
