yes I just got a upsetting phone call from a foreign man who says he is going to have me arrested and lose my job if I don't pay $700 to Fox Enterprises. I have an email from Fox saying that I am "Paid in Full" and I told him that and he said that an email did not matter. What do I do? Is this for real or do I just ignore this? I am thinking he is a joke and this is illegal in what he is doing. Can you please help??

That are associated w/ Geneva Roth Group and I just called him back and told him that they had overcharged me for a $300 loan and had already paid $800 on that loan. They were loaning to me illegally in Tennessee. I told him this and he hung up on me so should I be concerned?

Have you already closed your bank account so that they can not access it anymore? You have your PIF correct?

Yes I have already closed it last month and opened a new one. And yes they sent me an email saying "Paid in Full" since I called them out on overpaying them already. He has already tried calling me back twice and have not answered. Should I even bother dealing with him? I read about this same guy on this webiste w/ the same company and sounds like he is just a scam artist b/c when you call him back it is on his cell phone.
