2 questions 1 does anyone know if these two companies are legal in the state of florida and two does anyone know which one of these is affiliated with exprescash aka pd6 ventures aka dms marketing, I want to pay the one back that is not affiliated with them and whoever is can kiss my a**, because whoever is affiliated with them is how they got my new acct number and they took my money so they can both be screwed now. Also are these two companies the same company or are they two different ones becasue it seems like anyone who is complaining about one says something about the other as well, I am just wondering becasue I kinda hate to screw a company but ya know it really pisses me off that i had that new account and a savings account with this bank and now ihad to close both of them becasue i am afraid of this exprescash taking money every two weeks, any help is greatly appreciated.

One Click Cash is sneaky. The called me last week and I told them I would call them back when I looked @ my documents to figure out what I owed them. They took 425 out of my account that day with a made up check. That overdrafted my account by 650 due to overdraft fees and their check. I closed my checking account Monday and started a new one. The bank returned it w/o a fee and refunded all of my overdrafts(thank god) but what a hassel. I have read alot of other posts here that they are horrible to deal with. My guess would be it's them.

If they presented a check that you didn't authorize, you should file a dispute with your bank. I had this happen to me because of the pdl places twice and got my money back. It is good that they returned the overdraft fees to you. I also would file a complaint with your state's financial department and let them know this happened.

In your contract there is normally a clause that states if you revoke authorization to ach the account, the company can produce a paper check and collect in that method. That is how they get away with the check thingy . . . And why closing the account is a must . . .

is it true that they can find any account you ever open with your ss # and debit as much as they want? I don't see anything like that in my loan documents but that is what exprescash is saying

They will say that, but they can't. Most pdl's will share info, so if you ever take out another pdl, there is a good chance that the ones you "owe" money to will get the new account info and take what they want.

Some banks will allow companies to debit with a ss#. All you need to do is keep your letters sent to the pdl's revoking any authorization to debit any account you have. Then if they do break into a new account, you will at least be able to get the money back.

Legally speaking, they cannot get into your account without your authorization or a court order. But occasionaly it does happen, that pdl's will somehow find a new account. But it's pretty rare. One way to lower your chances is to not give your account info out to anyone. Pay any collection accounts with MO. Don't use checks, or pay by debit card. That way your account number isn't floating around somewhere out there for these vultures to find.
