Visa Dsnb is showing in my Equifax credit report - anyone has any information ab

I have a charge on my credit report for VISA/DSNB at 911 Duke Blvd.
Mason, OH 45040. You can't see the last four digits of card number, and I don't have a card with the first 12 numbers in my possession. There is no phone number to check on this charge or card. What options do I have? I can't even dispute the charge.

Many people are seeing this suspicious account, VISA DSNB, in their credit files.

Did you ever have a Macy's card? This card has a connection with VISA/DSNB reporting. Call this number 1-866-593-2543 and verify the account.

Make sure that you request a letter written from Macy's indicating that the Visa account was closed. I also closed my Bloomingdale card because I refuse to be set up again on one of their scams! Who else are they feeding our private financial information to?

I think you all need to read the Terms and Conditions BEFORE applying for a credit card, I mean, seriously, all of you would not be in this situation if you had done that!!!  Macy's is no way at fault, don't switch blame when you can't admit to your mistakes!!!  If you sign-up for a Macy's card and did not realize its a VISA, how is that Macy's fault, because you didn't have the time to read-up and make an adult decision, come on people, take responsibility for your actions!!!

Thanx to everyone for the information!!!!!without your help I would not have known what to do.  I am speaking at this time with Macy's and have been told that THE MACY's application has  a clause that indicates a visa card will be issued. I AM GOING TO MY STATE'S ATTORNEY GENERAL 'S CONSUMER PROTECTION DIVISION  AS WELL AS TALKING WITH HIM PERSONALLY TO DETERMINE IF THIS ACTION BY MACY'S IS LEGAL.  PERHAPS THIS ACTIVITY CAN BE STOPPED.

If you read the Macy's card application there was a box to check if you did not want to be considered for a Visa card( very small print) if you did not check the box you were agreeing to a Visa and a Macy's card.

I have the card showing on my current credit report.

When I called to close it, I;m told the account doesn't exist, and they don't have me in their system.

What now?

I am having the same problem.  Seem Macy is using a preditory lending practive as the card in question on my account is not mine at all but my daughters and it is ruining a flawless credit history of mine!
