Got a summons and complaint and have 35 days to reply to court. Both atty and Laridian Consulting person he is representing is on Rip Off List. Send VOD letters have copies and no response from atty.
How do I respond to court?

I just went through this myself, I sent a letter to the court and told them I could not affirm or deny that the debt was mine (assuming that is what your complaint is). I also enclosed a copy of the validation letter I had sent to the CA, along with a copy of the green receipt showing they signed and received it.
