Just received this email this morning. Can anyone give me the heads up on which PDL is dealing with this company?
I have received a copy of your e-mail dated 09/17/2006 in which you stated that you have been advised by a counseling/debt company and the Florida State Attorney General's office that because you reside in Florida that we have to follow the Florida Statutes.
Please remember that you agreed when applying for and receiving loans from our company that they were governed by Delaware law rather than Florida law, therefore, Delaware law governs your loans. Our company respects your request not to further debit your checking account after the date of your e-mail.
All loans issued to you reached their due date prior to receipt of your e-mail and have been returned to us as they did not clear your checking account. I am willing to discuss your account and work with you on the balance owed.
I can be reached at the number below, and if I am not available, leave a telephone number and time to reach you. I will be glad to return your call and discuss your account.

Their website says that they are a management company. There is not much information in their website. Maybe, your payday loan company has sent your file to them. Call them and ask for the name of the loan company they are collecting on behalf.
Remember, the loan companies are required to follow the state laws in which the borrower is residing, not the laws from where the loan company operates. Don't get mislead by their words. You have the confirmation of your state attorney general on this.
