I had payday loan and close the bank account about a year ago.Well today i get a call from someone who said that a warrant would be place after midnight for stealing because a close bank acct. did not pay now he said their office was call White Collar Invetigations dept. out of the sheriffs office call office they said did not have one not is this true or are they just trying to get me to pay.

They are just trying to get you to pay. Who is the pdl company that you had? Whhat state are you in and how much did you taek out and pay back? The "you are going to be arrested" is a common scare tactic that Pdls use.

How ridiculous. Don't worry about anything! These people are full of games..This is one of their favorite scare tactics.

White Collar rears its head again, Another member was being called by them also. We tried to google up some info on them, but there is nothing.

kashzan, that is good to know for it says that their reputation is far from credible! sounds like your pdl company is highly upset because you closed your account and are using a horrible scare tactic.
