I have 14,000 on one card min 460.00 a month. How do I ask them to settle with me. I'm not late yet but I will be next month and from now on I can't afford the whole payment.

After reading what others have said on here ~ I don't believe that companies will consider a settlement until you're at least 180 days late.

Which company are you working with? What is your interest? Are you able to negotiate a lower rate OR transfer to a 0% card?
