Thanks frogpatch, you're the best! I really want to use this phone system to record a collector I need to call, just in case! I am so dumb today!

Sorry Shazzers - It hasn't been working for months . . . . I doubt it will be fixed soon.

Last I heard they were updating the system, but it never started working again, and nothing else has been said about it since. I wouldn't get your hopes up.

Well shucks, then maybe they should remove the instructions on how to record a call until it's fixed. Guess I will have to think of a different route. I wish I could record on my cell phone, and actually I possibly could, I just can't figure it out.

shazz, on my phone, under "media" settings, it says "record". I think that's how I can record using my cell. I have never attempted it, so I could be wrong. Now I want someone to call me so I can hit "record" and see if it records the entire phone conversation!

Hey Cannr, I don't see any media thingies anywhere. Could be there, not sure. It's so funny, I can tear down a computer and put it back together again, but I can't figure out my cell phone or remote control. Neutral
