I wasn't sure where to post this, but I have a question. I have searched my settings and haven't been able to find any info on how to turn off the auto log out. Is there anyway to do that or is it a board default setting, thanks. Smile

I don't know about auto log out but does anyone know what happens to PM's in your account. I got on site this morning and it said I had a message and to log on. I did and then it said I had no new messages. Where did it go?

Good question. I would like to not log out so fast. I am at work and go in and out and sometimes do not realize I am looged out until I get that "checked for spam" message when I post!

You may have read it from another direction previously and the email just stayed there until you clicked on it.

Frog, I never get logged out, but I dont know why. I can stay logged in all day. i just went to my profile to see if there was something there, but could not find anything.

It seems like I can even be at the board browsing and notice I am suddenly logged out. I use IE at work and Firefox browser at home, it happens with both. Just wondering about settings, perhaps.

you will stay logged in even if the browser is left active. The moment you close all the browsers, the session will end and you will need to log in again when a new browser is opened.
