The money you are paying isn't going towards the loan balance. I think what your friend is saying is that they are following the contract. Yes, they are, but the terms of the contract are not within the laws. That is where the problem comes in. | |

So after you have paid them the $60 3.34 times (3 times $60 and 1 times $20) you would be fully paid. They cannot charge you any interest since the loan is illegal. | |
