I too had a similar experince where I closed my bank but with a different company. You must tell your bank and send a letter to company saying you no longer grant anyone using ach's. Also contact your debt managent company to inform them of that compay's wrong doing. If the bank let that company come back into your closed account you MUST contest it. All fees will be cleared
