This company runs the following internet based loan businesses:

Sonicpayday, cashtransfercenters, mycashtransfercenters, paydayavenue, webcashadvance.

Below is a conversation that was had with a rep from their call center:

Derrick Sanders: Are you licensed to lend payday money in South Carolina?
Derrick Sanders: Is anyone there?
Scott M.: Yes we are.
Scott M.: How may I help you?
Derrick Sanders: Do you have a location in South Carolina?
Derrick Sanders: What US states are you licensed in?
Scott M.: We are an Internet based loaning company.
Derrick Sanders: I understand that. I have been burned in the past. Are you licensed in all 50 states to payday loan?
Scott M.: In most states
Derrick Sanders: What states are you not licensed?
Scott M.: You would need to live there as there are a few.
Derrick Sanders: I understand that. I would like to recommend this website to others, but if they live in a state where you not licensed, that doesn't help them.
Scott M.: I am sorry I am not able to give out that information, only to customers.
Scott M.: Is there anything else I can help you with today?
Derrick Sanders: That's public information that I am asking for. If you are not licensed in a specific state, you can't sell your product.
Scott M.: How can I help you?
Derrick Sanders: All I am asking is what states are you not licensed in? I am allowed to ask this, as it is part of Federal Laws.
Scott M.: That information is given out once a customer fills out an application.

Derrick Sanders: OK, so in other words,most US states have regulations that do not allow your company to do business in them.

Derrick Sanders: Well, you are refusing to give me public information, I really am very leery of an organization that will not answer my questions fully and honestly.
Scott M.: I am sorry, but we would need an application from you before hand.
Derrick Sanders: NO YOU DON'T. If you can't answer my question then you have something to hide.
Scott M.: We are unable to release that information before we are able to state if your state is declined.
Scott M.: If you like I can fill one out with you now?
Derrick Sanders: Why? It's not a privacy issue. It's covering my butt so I won't get burned again. If you can't answer my question honestly, then I will take action to find out what states are you are licensed in?
Derrick Sanders: Have you ever heard of Debtconsolidationcare.com?
Scott M.: I am sorry I have checked and I am not able to release that information at this time, until an application is done.
Scott M.: No, I have not.
Derrick Sanders: If you have not been working with E-Care that long, I would suggest you read www.debtconsolidationcare.com. E-Care is not thought of very highly.
Scott M.: Would you like to fill out an application with me now?
Derrick Sanders: Nope. But I think you better check the website out for your own protection.

Derrick Sanders: They run Sonic, paydayavenue.com, cashtransfercenters.com to name three. All have derogatory feedback. I really do feel sorry for you if you have to work for a company like this.

Derrick Sanders: I have gotten all the answers I wanted. I WILL NOT DO BUSINESS WITH A COMPANY THAT HIDES PERTINENT INFORMATION FROM ITS POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS.

It's obvious that the person out there was hiding the general information about the company. He was there like a recording instrument playing the same thing..

You were strong enough to hold him till that time before he wanted to make a run. I am sure he must have discussed about this thing with his supervisor. Well, that will bring some more traffic from them to this site.

Well, in my latest conversation with these scums, I have gotten a real feel for how this company operates.

Adam Shame: I did call Customer Relations yesterday, and was instructed to use Live Help to answer my questions.
Adam Shame: Look, let's put it this way. If you want my business, just answer the question. Otherwise, I will go elsewhere to get my loan and deal with people who actually know the business.
Anh: In regards to your question regarding federal and state laws governing a payday loan, you will need to speak with a Customer Relations Representative. If you would like a Customer Relation Representative can call you by phone right away. Would you like to leave me with your phone number so I can have them call you?
Adam Shame: Read my comments above. I DID CALL CUSTOMER RELATIONS YESTERDAY AND THEY INSTRUCTED ME TO ASK OVER LIVE HELP. THEY SAID THAT YOU GUYS COULD ANSWER ANY QUESTION I ASKED.

Trust me, I will be bringing this company down. The authorities in B.C. and Canada are on to them, that is why they shut down their Canadian payday loan operation. And by everything I am reading, researching and hearing, the call center is Winnipeg is gone, their office in Winnipeg has changed to Blizzard Interactive. Their domains have all just recently changed information on them. They are running and trying to hide. Jeremy Sabourin and Brad Hogg are their marketing gurus. David and Peter Ash run the company (E-Care).

Go get them, friend. Sonic has illegal practices in US. I see some light as they have already been shut down in Canada. Now, they need to be thrown out from US too.

I am waiting for more updates from you on this issue.
