I'm in SC. I don't understand what the SOL is for different types of accounts. For example, if it's a charge off or collections or judgement, when does it come off? I'm sorry to be a pain, but I'm trying to familiarize myself with these terms.

Here is a link for state by state explaining the SOL for each account. The info on the credit reports stay 7 years, if I am not mistaken. The SOL can vary state to state, from 3 to 10 years. Any more questions, please ask..KAren
