Well this weekend I decided to take a trip the beach.. drving through a few towns of South Carolina I noticed that on every corner, there was a payday loan store. EVERY CORNER. I mean literally.
I was thinking what a difference in NC and SC and thinking how SC is a consumer friendly state.. .or used to be, how they could allow it... I mean in FL there is a bar and pawn shop it seems on every corner, but in SC... shoot a paydayloan store.oh and I did notice alot of Car Title Stores too.. like give your car title to these people for a 30 day loan.. well that is what the sign said.

I know what you mean. I live in SC and there are alot of pdl stores and car title stores. I'm personally hoping that they will become illegal. I know that they are supposed to be looking at the regulations next year. Hopefully they will become more stringent or put them out of business altogether.

I live in Florida and in my area PDL stores are as common as Walgreens and CVS. They are everywhere. When I lived in NJ there was no such thing. But whats worse is the signs that say "live nude." Try to explain that to your kids when you are on a vacation trip.

LOL!Frogpatch.. no joke.. I used to live in FL, and the live!- all nude girls... close your eyes kids.....
my kids well my oldest saw Girls Girls Girls, and he was like .. OMG is that a Motley Crue place.. I was like oh dont I wish..
yea explain the pink bunny or the dollhouse to a little girl..
the main reason I brought this up , I am considering moving to Sc in the near future..
